About us

re/presentare is a visual practices and spatial research agency located in Mexico City that works from the commons to investigate human rights violations.

The agency/collective focuses on researching gender-based, political, and environmental violence, seeking to make visible their intersections with political, economic, and social systems.

We aim to contribute to every stage of the investigation, from community organizing and the production of evidence for legal proceedings to demands for reparations and justice, through aesthetic practices that invite new perspectives.

We are part of Investigative Commons, a community of investigative agencies founded by  Forensic Architecture.
